Description

This carnivore bread is fluffy, savory, and made with only animal-based ingredients. It’s the perfect zero-carb solution when you’re craving bread but staying 100% clean and simple.

Ingredients

Scale

6 large eggs 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted) 1 tbsp beef gelatin 1/4 tsp sea salt Optional: 1 tbsp bone broth collagen

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. Separate eggs: whites in one bowl, yolks in another. 3. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. 4. In yolk bowl, mix melted butter, beef gelatin, salt, and optional collagen. 5. Fold yolk mixture gently into egg whites using a spatula—don’t deflate. 6. Pour into loaf pan and smooth the top. 7. Bake 35–40 minutes, until golden and firm. 8. Let cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer shelf life. Great for slicing, toasting, or using as a base for carnivore sandwiches or breakfast. For a firmer texture, add 1 more tsp of beef gelatin.
