1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp beef tallow or butter
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add tallow or butter to the pan.
3. Form beef into patties or crumble loose.
4. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
5. Serve hot with yolk, marrow, or plain.
Notes
Use grass-fed beef for best nutrient profile.
Patties can be frozen and reheated.
