Description

This carnivore sandwich recipe is 100% bread-free and layered with ribeye, ground beef, and crispy lamb belly for the perfect zero-carb handheld meal.

Ingredients

Scale

2 thin ribeye steak slices

200g ground beef (80/20)

3 lamb belly strips

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

2 eggs (for wrap)

Sea salt to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat skillet and sear ribeye slices for 2–3 minutes per side.

2. Form two beef patties and cook until medium, about 4 minutes per side.

3. Air-fry lamb belly at 390°F for 10–12 minutes until crispy.

4. Whisk eggs and cook in a pan to make a thin wrap.

5. Layer the egg wrap, beef patty, and crispy lamb belly.

6. Top with the ribeye slice as a “bun”.

7. Press the sandwich gently and let it rest for 2 minutes.

8. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Swap lamb belly with thin chicken thigh slices or steak trimmings.

Use bone marrow or cheese as a natural binder if needed.

This sandwich can be stored in the fridge up to 4 days.

For meal prep, keep layers separate and assemble before serving.
