Description

A nourishing, fall-apart tender slow cooker carnivore beef chuck roast—perfect for batch cooking, healing, and simple weeknight meals.


Ingredients

Scale

34 lb beef chuck roast

1 tbsp sea salt

2 tbsp beef tallow or ghee

1 cup beef bone broth (optional)


Instructions

1. Pat the roast dry and rub with salt on all sides.

2. Place into your slow cooker and top with beef tallow.

3. Pour in broth for juicier finish, or leave dry.

4. Set to low and cook for 8–10 hours.

5. Shred and drizzle juices back over before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers with juice.

Freeze in portions for up to 3 months.

Reheat in a covered skillet on low heat with extra fat or broth.
