Ingredients
2 very fresh egg yolks
1 cup (240 ml) ice-cold water
2 tablespoons heavy cream or goat cream
1 scoop egg white protein (vanilla or unflavored)
1 tablespoon collagen peptides
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2. Secure the lid and blend for 20–30 seconds until frothy and fully mixed.
3. Pour into a chilled glass.
