Description
A rich, creamy carnivore steak sauce made entirely from animal-based ingredients. Perfect for steak, brisket, and other high-protein dishes.
Ingredients
4 tbsp butter
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 tsp truffle salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
1. Heat butter in a small pot until browned and aromatic.
2. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese, broth, and truffle salt.
3. Use immersion blender to mix until smooth.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning.
5. Serve warm over steak or store for later.
Notes
Store in airtight glass container in fridge up to 5 days.
Freeze for longer storage in silicone molds.
Reheat gently to avoid breaking the sauce.
