Ingredients
2 tablespoons salted butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
2 ounces cream cheese (cubed)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Melt butter and honey in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add frozen corn and stir occasionally, cooking for 5–8 minutes.
3. Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir gently until cream cheese melts and everything is creamy.
5. Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
You can use canned corn (drained) if needed.
Add scallions or jalapeños for extra flavor.
Reheat leftovers in a skillet with a splash of cream.
